Mouse Charcot Leyden Crystal Protein ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Charcot Leyden Crystal Protein (also known as Galectin 10) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for the target, with detection via a biotinylated anti-target antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate that produces a yellow product measured by absorbance at 450nm.

The kit has a stated sensitivity of 0.044 ng/ml and a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reagent storage temperatures are specified per component at +4°C or -20°C, and the kit is intended for research use only.

Validated sample matrices include serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with reported average spike-and-recovery values of 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5). Dilution linearity has been assessed across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in each of these matrices.
