Mouse Cereblon ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Cereblon (CRBN) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using a pre-coated microplate with antibody specific for CRBN. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, where CRBN is captured by the immobilized antibody. After washing, a biotinylated anti-CRBN antibody binds the captured CRBN, followed by addition of HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualize the reaction, producing a yellow product whose density is proportional to the amount of CRBN captured in each well. The concentration of CRBN is calculated by reading the absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.

The kit offers a sensitivity of <0.057 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colorimetric, read on a standard microplate reader. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
