Mouse Cellular Repressor Of E1A Stimulated Genes 1 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CREG1/CREG (Cellular Repressor of E1A Stimulated Genes 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microtitre plate and the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Standards and samples are added to the appropriate wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-CREG1/CREG Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with detection developed using TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.053 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Spike-and-recovery was reported in the range 80%–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81%–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma and 80%–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma (n=5 each). For research use only.
