Mouse Cell Division Cycle Protein 25 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Cdc25A in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a Cdc25A-specific antibody pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, and following incubation the plate is washed and incubated with Biotinylated Anti-Cdc25A Antibody. HRP-Avidin conjugate is then added, followed by TMB substrate solution. The density of the resulting yellow product, proportional to Cdc25A concentration in each well, is read by absorbance at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Reported recovery averages were 91% for serum (range 83-100%, n=5), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 90-103%, n=5), and 94% for heparin plasma (range 90-99%, n=5). Linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
