Mouse CCL6 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CCL6 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric detection at 450 nm and is completed in approximately four hours.

The kit is specific for mouse CCL6 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, and offers a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; validated sample dilutions include healthy serum (1:2) and healthy plasma (1:2). Validated recovery ranges are 93–100% for serum, 84–92% for EDTA plasma, and 80–98% for heparin plasma.

Standards and samples bind to an immobilised capture antibody, followed by incubation with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colour change is read at 450 nm and compared against a standard curve to determine CCL6 concentration. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed in the Protocol Manual.
