Mouse CCL22 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CCL22 in cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma. The assay employs a quantitative sandwich immunoassay technique in which a monoclonal antibody specific for mouse CCL22 is immobilised onto microwells; standards or samples are added, followed by a biotin-linked monoclonal antibody specific for CCL22. After incubation, unbound substances are washed away and streptavidin-HRP is added. A substrate solution reacts with the HRP and colour develops in proportion to the amount of CCL22 bound. The reaction is stopped by addition of acid and the optical density is measured by microplate reader. Detection is colorimetric on a microplate platform.

The kit can assay both native and recombinant mouse CCL22 and shows no significant cross-reactivity. The assay range is 31.25 - 2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <4.07 pg/ml, and average recovery from serum samples is 84%. The kit should be stored at +4°C and not used past its expiration date.
