Mouse Catenin Beta 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse beta Catenin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for beta Catenin; standards and samples are added, and captured analyte is detected with a biotinylated anti-beta Catenin antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The resulting enzymatic reaction produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and concentration calculated against a standard curve.

The kit reports a measuring range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 6.2 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The product is intended for research use only.
