Mouse Carcinoembryonic Antigen ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEACAM5) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The 96-well pre-coated microplate format uses a biotinylated anti-CEACAM5 antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate for colorimetric detection read at 450 nm.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 12.73 pg/ml and a measurable range of 39–2500 pg/ml, with total assay time of 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery testing in serum (n=5) showed a range of 80%–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5) 81%–100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5) 80%–89% (average 84%).

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Storage conditions range from +4°C to -20°C as instructed.
