Mouse Carboxypeptidase A3, Mast Cell ELISA Kit

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Carboxypeptidase A3 (CPA3) in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for CPA3, with detection via a biotinylated anti-CPA3 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.054 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and an assay time of 4h 30m. Reported overall percentage ranges are 80–102% in serum (n=5, average 91%), 81–100% in EDTA plasma (n=5, average 90%), and 80–89% in heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%). Across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 (n=5 each), reported ranges are 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% for heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
