Mouse Cadherin, Neuronal ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse N Cadherin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-N Cadherin detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with the colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported specifications include an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.065 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Manufacturer spike-and-recovery data report an average of 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5).
