Mouse C-Type Natriuretic Peptide ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of mouse C-type Natriuretic Peptide in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-C-type Natriuretic Peptide detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm.

The standard curve spans 31.2–2000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of 12.6 pg/ml, and the complete assay is performed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as directed.

Documented recovery for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix) ranges from 80% to 102%. The product is intended for research use only.
