Mouse Breast Cancer Susceptibility Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse BRCA2 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-BRCA2 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported at <0.063 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4h 30m. Sample recovery has been characterised for serum (n=5, range 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%-100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%-89%, average 84%). Linearity of dilution has also been assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across the same matrices. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.
