Mouse Breast And Kidney Expressed Chemokine ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CXCL14 (Breast and Kidney Expressed Chemokine) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-CXCL14 detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. After addition of TMB substrate and acidic stop solution, the reaction is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with concentration calculated from a standard curve.

Sensitivity is 0.054 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Validation recovery in serum (n=5) ranged from 80% to 102% with an average of 91%; in EDTA plasma (n=5) from 81% to 100% with an average of 90%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) from 80% to 89% with an average of 84%. Linearity has been assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same sample types.

Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated in the protocol, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
