Mouse Betacellulin ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Betacellulin (BTC) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, in which BTC is captured by an immobilised antibody and detected using a biotinylated anti-BTC antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is 7.3 pg/ml and the quantitative range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.
