Mouse Beta-Thromboglobulin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse BTG1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-BTG1 antibody with HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate; colour development is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay has a standard range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <34 pg/ml, with a total run time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its stated expiry.

Reported validation includes recovery testing (n=5) with averages of 91% in serum (range 80-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (80-89%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 (n=5) was 87-91% to 92-97% in serum, 90-105% to 79-108% in EDTA plasma and 84-95% to 89-91% in heparin plasma.
