Mouse Beta-2-Microglobulin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse beta 2 Microglobulin in serum, plasma, urine, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate; TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm.

Manufacturer-stated performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.052 ng/ml and a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values were 91% for serum (range 83–100%, n=5), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 90–103%, n=5) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 90–99%, n=5), and linearity was assessed at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
