Mouse BAFF ELISA Kit

Reconstituted standards and detection antibody are aliquoted into individual vials, with the streptavidin-HRP conjugate supplied separately. Unopened components are stored refrigerated at 4°C; reconstituted standards should be frozen at -20°C and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Calibrated against recombinant mouse BAFF, the capture and detection antibodies show no significant cross-reactivity with human APRIL, human BAFF, or related TNF family ligands.
