Mouse B4GALT7 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this is a 4-hour sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse B4GALT7 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for B4GALT7 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

The workflow uses a pre-coated microplate platform with colorimetric detection at 450 nm. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where B4GALT7 binds to the immobilised capture antibody. After incubation and washing, a biotinylated detection antibody is added, forming an antibody–antigen–antibody sandwich complex. HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate are then introduced; the resulting blue product turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. The intensity of the yellow colour is directly proportional to the amount of B4GALT7 captured, and concentration is calculated from absorbance readings at 450 nm against the standard curve.

The kit is intended for use with a colorimetric microplate reader. The stated product range is 78.125–5000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of <46.875 pg/mL. It is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed in the protocol manual. The kit should not be used past its expiration date, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
