Mouse B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 9 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers a sandwich ELISA (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 9 (Bcl9) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Bcl9; standards and samples are added, the plate is washed, and bound Bcl9 is detected with a biotinylated anti-Bcl9 antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then added and the reaction is stopped with an acidic stop solution, producing a yellow colour whose density is proportional to the amount of Bcl9 captured. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and calculated against the standard curve.

The kit has a sensitivity of 27 pg/ml and an assay range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes. Reported recovery across five samples per matrix averaged 94% for serum (range 87-101%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 90-101%), and 96% for heparin plasma (range 91-102%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
