Mouse B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 2 Like Protein ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse Bcl-XL ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Bcl-XL in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-Bcl-XL detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <36.37 pg/ml, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
