Mouse Autophagy Related Protein 7 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative in vitro measurement of mouse ATG7 (Autophagy Related Protein 7) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate together with a biotinylated anti-ATG7 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm and quantified against a standard curve.

Reported sensitivity is <0.053 ng/ml across an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total run time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 80–102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81–100%), and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80–89%), and linearity has been confirmed across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in the same matrices.
