Mouse ATPase, H+/K+ Exchanging Alpha Polypeptide ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ATP4A in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) onto which an antibody specific for ATP4A has been immobilised. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, and ATP4A present is captured by the coated antibody. After washing, a Biotinylated Anti-ATP4A Antibody is added, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then used to visualise the HRP enzymatic reaction, producing a blue colour that changes to yellow upon addition of the stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the amount of ATP4A captured, and the concentration is calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.055 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Sample recovery and linearity data for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma are documented. Components include lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
