Mouse ATP Binding Cassette Transporter G2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse BCRP/ABCG2, also known as ATP Binding Cassette Transporter G2, in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-BCRP/ABCG2 capture antibody, and HRP-avidin detection with TMB substrate. The HRP-catalysed reaction produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of the stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of less than 0.055 ng/ml, and the complete protocol takes 4 h 30 min.

Kit components include the pre-coated 96-well microplate stored at -20°C, two vials of lyophilised standard at -20°C, detection solution A (120 µl at -20°C), detection solution B (120 µl at -20°C), 30X wash buffer (20 ml at +4°C), sample dilution buffer (45 ml at -20°C), TMB substrate (9 ml at +4°C), stop solution (6 ml at +4°C) and adhesive plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
