Mouse Asparagine Synthetase ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Asparagine Synthetase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for Asparagine Synthetase pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-Asparagine Synthetase detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualise the enzymatic reaction, producing a blue product that changes to yellow upon addition of stop solution, with absorbance measured at 450nm in a microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported as 0.108 ng/ml with a working range of 0.312-20 ng/ml. Average recovery values across sample types have been validated at 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma. The kit is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
