Mouse Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers this sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a specific capture antibody pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are incubated in the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.

The kit has a sensitivity of 0.11 ng/ml and a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Supplied components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A (120 μl), Detection Solution B (120 μl), Wash Buffer 30X (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.

Validation data (n=5) report recovery ranges of 85%–101% (average 93%) for serum, 86%–99% (average 92%) for EDTA plasma and 87%–101% (average 94%) for heparin plasma.
