Mouse Arginase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Liver Arginase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is developed with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported product range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.067 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date. Reported average recovery values were 95% in serum (range 90-101%, n=5), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 91-99%, n=5) and 94% in heparin plasma (range 90-99%, n=5). Linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in serum (74-107%), EDTA plasma (79-110%) and heparin plasma (82-108%).
