Mouse Apolipoprotein C3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Apolipoprotein C3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on pre-coated 96-well microplate strips, read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Quantitation uses a biotinylated anti-Apolipoprotein CIII detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the resulting colour intensity is proportional to target concentration and is read against a standard curve.

Across the manufacturer's stated standard range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, sensitivity is reported as <0.143 ng/ml. Reported recovery values are 80–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma (n=5 for each). Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 falls within 74–108% across the same sample types. Kit components include lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
