Mouse Apolipoprotein C1 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Apolipoprotein CI/Apo-CI in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and analyte concentration is calculated by reference to a standard curve.

Sensitivity is 2.11 ng/ml and the working range is 6.25–400 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Reported average recovery values (n=5) are 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%).
