Mouse Apolipoprotein A4 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Apolipoprotein A4 (APOA4/Apo-AIV) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative measuring range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 38 pg/ml, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5), and 84% for Heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
