Mouse Apolipoprotein A1 ELISA Kit

Results are read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm and interpolated against a standard curve.

The assay reports a working range of 1.56-100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.67 ng/ml. In validation testing, recovery in serum was 80%-102% (mean 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma 81%-100% (mean 90%, n=5), and heparin plasma 80%-89% (mean 84%, n=5). Dilutional linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions remained within 74%-108% across all three sample types. Total assay time is 4h 30m.
