Mouse APO-C4 ELISA Kit

A 4-hour sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, the Mouse Apolipoprotein CIV ELISA Kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Apolipoprotein CIV in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, where the intensity of the yellow product is directly proportional to analyte concentration.

The kit is specific for Apolipoprotein CIV with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. It offers a sensitivity of <0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. The workflow involves a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a blue colour that converts to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution.

Validation data demonstrate consistent recovery across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with reliable performance in dilution series. The kit is shipped at +4°C and components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed in the protocol manual, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
