Mouse Anti-Mullerian Hormone ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with AMH captured by an immobilised antibody, detected using a biotinylated anti-AMH antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, and visualised via TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and AMH concentration is calculated against a standard curve.

The quantitative product range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of 0.085 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Recovery in serum (n=5) ranged 80–102% (mean 91%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) 81–100% (mean 90%) and in heparin plasma (n=5) 80–89% (mean 84%). Dilution linearity was evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each).

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 μl), Detection Solution B (120 μl), Wash Buffer 30X (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers (5 adhesive strips). Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
