Mouse Annexin A2 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com kit provides a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Annexin-2/ANXA2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, in which an antibody specific for Annexin-2/ANXA2 is pre-coated onto a microtiter plate. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, and the bound analyte is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Annexin-2/ANXA2 Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then added, producing a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. The intensity of yellow is proportional to the amount of Annexin-2/ANXA2 captured in each well, and the concentration is calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader against the standard curve.
