Mouse Annexin A1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative in vitro measurement of mouse Annexin A1 (ANXA1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The immunoassay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-ANXA1 detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay range is 0.781–50 ng/ml, the sensitivity is 0.37 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported mean recoveries (n=5) are 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Linearity data across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is also provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers. Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
