Mouse Angiotensin I ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Angiotensin I in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a Biotinylated Anti-Angiotensin I Antibody, with detection via an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read colourmetrically at 450 nm.

The kit has a working range of 4.68-300 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <1.8 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported spike-and-recovery values are: serum 85%-100% (average 92%), EDTA plasma 85%-103% (average 94%) and heparin plasma 87%-99% (average 93%), each measured across n=5 samples. Across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, recoveries ranged from 75-104% for serum, 83-110% for EDTA plasma and 72-105% for heparin plasma. Components include a Pre-Coated 96 Well Microplate (12 x 8 Well Strips), Lyophilized Standard, Detection Solution A and B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and Plate Sealers.
