Mouse Angiopoietin Like Protein 7 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Angiopoietin Like Protein 7 (ANGPTL7) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-ANGPTL7 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with colour intensity read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as 0.117 ng/ml and the standard curve covers 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Validated recovery is 80-102% (average 91%) in serum, 81-101% (average 91%) in EDTA plasma and 80-89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma, with dilution linearity established from 1:2 to 1:16 across these matrices. Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
