Mouse Angiopoietin Like Protein 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of mouse Angiopoietin-like 4 (ANGPTL4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody paired with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and the analyte concentration is calculated from a standard curve. Total assay time is 4 h 30 min.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and the stated sensitivity is 0.065 ng/ml. Reported recovery values (n=5) are 80–102% for serum (average 91%), 81–101% for EDTA plasma (average 91%) and 80–89% for heparin plasma (average 84%). Linearity data are also provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.
