Mouse Angiopoietin Like Protein 2 ELISA Kit

The assay has a product range of 6.25-400 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <2.45 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Detection is colorimetric, performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. A biotinylated anti-ANGPTL2/ARP2 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate are used in sequence, with TMB substrate producing a yellow product whose absorbance is proportional to ANGPTL2/ARP2 concentration; values are calculated from a standard curve. Reported spike-in recovery averages 91% in mouse serum and EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date.
