Mouse Angiopoietin 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Angiopoietin 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.

The kit employs an antibody specific for Angiopoietin 1 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added, captured Angiopoietin 1 is bound by a Biotinylated Anti-Angiopoietin 1 Antibody, and detection is carried out using an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.066 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4h 30m. Reported average recovery in spiked samples is 91% for serum, 91% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma.
