Mouse Ang3 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com Mouse Angiopoietin 3 ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Angiopoietin 3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for Angiopoietin 3 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, and is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a total assay time of 4 hours [S1].

Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm following the addition of TMB substrate and acidic stop solution. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as directed in the Protocol Manual, and is intended to be read on a Colorimetric Microplate Reader [S1].
