Mouse Androgen Receptor ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Androgen Receptor in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is <0.061 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 μl), Detection Solution B (120 µl), Wash Buffer 30X (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml), and plate sealers (5 adhesive strips).

Spike-and-recovery in serum (n=5) was 80%–102% (average 91%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) 81%–99% (average 90%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) 80%–89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity (1:2 to 1:16, n=5) ranged 87%–107% for serum, 84%–108% for EDTA plasma, and 82%–105% for heparin plasma.
