Mouse Amyloid Beta Peptide 1-42 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Mouse Amyloid Beta Peptide 1-42 ELISA Kit is a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (cELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Amyloid beta Peptide 1-42 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids.

The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and a competitive immunoassay format, in which analyte present in samples or standards competes with immobilised Amyloid beta Peptide 1-42 antigen for binding sites on a Biotinylated Anti-Amyloid beta Peptide 1-42 Antibody. An HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate are then added, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The quoted product range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <5.48 pg/ml, and a total assay time of 2h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
