Mouse Amphiregulin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Amphiregulin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are incubated in the wells, where Amphiregulin is captured by the immobilized antibody. After incubation with Biotinylated Anti-Amphiregulin Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm. The product range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <6.3 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m and detection is colorimetric.

Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Dilutional linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each). Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
