Mouse Aminoacyl tRNA Synthetase Complex Interacting Multifunctional Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of mouse EMAP II/AIMP1 (Aminoacyl tRNA Synthetase Complex Interacting Multifunctional Protein 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The format uses an antibody specific for EMAP II/AIMP1 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, with a biotinylated anti-EMAP II/AIMP1 antibody for detection and an HRP-Avidin conjugate for signal generation. TMB substrate is added, the reaction is stopped with acidic solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported at 14.8 pg/ml with a quantitative range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, and the full assay is completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Spike-and-recovery has been assessed across five replicates per matrix, with average recoveries of 91% in serum (range 80-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (80-89%). Dilution linearity has also been characterised at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
