Mouse Alpha-1-Microglobulin/Bikunin Precursor ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse alpha 1 Microglobulin in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for alpha 1 Microglobulin, a Biotinylated Anti-alpha 1 Microglobulin detection antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a sensitivity of <0.52 ng/ml and an assay range of 1.56-100 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Validated sample matrices include serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with reported average recoveries of 91%, 96%, and 95% respectively across the tested range. Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions. Components supplied include a pre-coated 96 well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with component-specific storage at +4°C or -20°C.
