Mouse Allograft Inflammatory Factor 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Iba1 (Allograft Inflammatory Factor 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-Iba1 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is developed with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, with the kit not to be used past its expiration date.

Stated sensitivity is <12.2 pg/ml and the assay range is 31.2–2000 pg/ml. In spike-and-recovery testing (n=5 per matrix), average recovery was 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (80–89%). Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions spanned 74–108% in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5).
