Mouse Adrenocorticotropic Hormone ELISA Kit

This kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. It employs a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format on a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Standards and samples are incubated in the wells, where ACTH is captured by the immobilised antibody, then detected using a biotinylated anti-ACTH antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate.
