Mouse Adrenergic Receptor Beta 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse beta 2 Adrenergic Receptor in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a Biotinylated Anti-beta 2 Adrenergic Receptor Antibody paired with an HRP-Avidin conjugate detection system. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.061 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Validated recovery in serum ranges from 83% to 99% (n=5, average 91%), in EDTA plasma from 80% to 99% (n=5, average 89%), and in Heparin plasma from 82% to 99% (n=5, average 90%). Linearity is reported across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions.
