Mouse Adenylate Cyclase 10, Soluble ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ADCY10/SAC (Adenylate Cyclase 10, Soluble) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-ADCY10/SAC detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate; the resulting colourmetric signal is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The quoted sensitivity is <0.132 ng/ml and the working assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml. Reported recovery in undiluted serum averages 91% (range 83%–100%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 94% (range 90%–98%, n=5) and in heparin plasma 95% (range 89%–102%, n=5). Total assay time is 4 h 30 min.

Validated reactivity is Mouse and the application is Sandwich ELISA. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
