Mouse Adenosine A2b Receptor ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Adenosine A2b Receptor (ADORA2B). The kit is suitable for tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, with reactivity specific to mouse samples. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

The product range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml and the sensitivity is 30 pg/ml. Detection is colourmetric, read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with the optical density of each well proportional to the amount of ADORA2B captured and calculated by reference to a standard curve. The procedure uses a biotinylated anti-ADORA2B detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, producing a yellow product after addition of acidic stop solution. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
